Human Resources and Diversity Advisor
Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent contract
The Royal Opera House aims to enrich people`s lives through opera and ballet. We seek to be always accessible and engaging, to develop new audiences and to break new ground in the presentation of lyric theatre. We do this through a large and diverse team of staff and artists, and nurture a supportive environment where all our talent can thrive.
We are now looking for an experienced HR and Diversity Advisor to provide professional advice and solutions as part of the Human Resources management team. This exciting new role will also support the development and delivery of the ROH Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, managing a number of initiatives to help us recruit a more diverse workforce and further the development of an inclusive culture.
