The Royal Opera House continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. The work of our Audiences and Media team focusses on growing the love, advocacy and demand for the art presented by the Royal Opera House, so that we can also grow our audience-generated revenues.

We are now looking to appoint a CRM Assistant, to support the CRM Officer and the CRM team in the delivery and management of CRM campaigns via email, print and other channels. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in CRM and Marketing and make a positive contribution within the Audiences and Analytics team.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to demonstrate:

-Experience of writing copy or creating content for web, email or social media

-An active interest in CRM and/or marketing, with a desire to build your skillset in campaign planning, design of creative content and analysis and reporting

-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong proofreading experience

-Experience using the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with other tech platforms

-Ability to learn about new procedures and projects and become operational in a short period of time

-Commitment to managing own learning and continuous professional development relevant to the role
