Opera Company Assistant

Fixed term maternity cover contract

The Royal Opera House produces the best opera and ballet in the world and is seeking to appoint on a fixed term maternity cover contract basis to the role of Opera Company Assistant for the Royal Opera.

Providing general secretarial assistance to the Opera Company, including the Opera Company Manager, Director of Casting and the Head of Music.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working within an Opera company;
  • Some experience and understanding of contractual processes in a performing environment;
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail; and
  • A music degree or equivalent relevant musical experience.
