Costume Department Administrator

Permanent Contract, £25,343 per annum (pro rata)

Home to two of the world`s great artistic companies - The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet, the Royal Opera House produces some of the best opera and ballet in the world.

We are currently looking for an experienced Costume Department Administrator, preferably with a strong financial background. Reporting to the Costume Administration Manager the Administrator will provide effective and efficient financial, payroll and administration support to the Costume Department.

The ideal candidate will be a positive team player and be able to demonstrate:

  • Office administration experience, ideally in a complex arts organisation.
  • Relevant experience of managing and analysing large amounts of data including financial WIP reports and departmental statistics.
  • Experience as a highly proficient Microsoft Office user, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of managing multiple online dairies, minute taking, and good documentation presentation skills.
