The Royal Ballet and Opera continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings.

We are seeking to recruit a Production Manager to join the permanent team in the Technical, Production & Costume Department to work on both new and revival productions.

We seek someone who can demonstrate:

  • Appropriate Production Management experience in Theatre, Opera or Ballet, either resident or freelance.
  • Proven experience of working with creative teams and projects with consistent high production standards.
  • Knowledge of scenic construction, materials, and finishing processes, to work with the RBO and external workshops delivering the production.
  • Strong awareness of and adherence to Health and Safety policy and best practice with demonstrable understanding of CDM 2015, an IOSH qualification an advantage.
