Our Learning and Participation (L&P) programme,based at our Covent Garden and Thurrock homes and across England, aims to inspire creativity, offering people of all agesthe chance to discover, question and respond to the power of our artforms.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join us and work with the Director of Learning and Participation. This role will provide effective and proactive administrative support to the Director of Learning and Participation to facilitate the smooth running of the Director`s office and activities.

You will also play an active role across the L&P team, by contribute to wider L&P efforts ensure an integrated approach is achieved

Our ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with a systematic approach;
  • Proven experience of PA work at a senior level;
  • Strong communication skills with a high standard of verbal and written English;
  • A consistently high level of customer care and responsiveness;
  • Very strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
