Our Covent Garden theatre has been at the heart of London and British cultural life for three centuries. We are home to two world-class Companies: The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera.

Keeping us connected to audiences across the world are our technology team, who enable us to do our jobs onsite by providing the network, infrastructure and systems for all departments to work effectively.

In this newly created role, the Head of Technology Delivery is responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology projects and services within the Royal Ballet & Opera. This role involves managing the technology roadmap, ensuring the successful implementation of all technology projects, and supporting the RBOs architectural and business aims and objectives.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who is used to managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects. They will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience managing a variety of teams including project managers, architects, engineers and testers
  • Strong technical skills and experience in managing technology projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain positive relations with all user groups and stakeholders
  • Experience working successfully with cross-discipline teams
