Our Technical, Production and Costume departments play a leading part in ensuring our performances are of the highest quality by delivering technical excellence for every performance, rehearsal, and event.

We are excited to bring onboard a Props Maker (Trainee) to work as an effective member of the team facilitating the smooth running of the Props Workshop, ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest possible standard of safety, efficiency, and quality.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Experience of Prop making in a professional environment an advantage.
  • An understanding of stage working practices an advantage
  • To be able to work from scale drawings, models, plans, sketches, verbal ideas and references
  • An interest in adapting and refurbishing existing props and materials, with our ambitions to work more sustainably
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to working.
