The Royal Ballet and Opera continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music, and dance.

Our Audiences and Commercial division plays a vital role in the success of the Royal Ballet and Opera, telling the story of the organisation and encouraging people to engage with us - whether by attending a performance, seeing a live screening at the cinema, streaming a performance online, or coming in to enjoy the shop, bars, and restaurants in our iconic Covent Garden building.

Within the division, the Marketing team are pivotal in connecting with new audiences and helping the organisation to broaden its engagement through new commercial offerings.

We are looking to recruit for a Marketing Officer, to work on delivering paid marketing campaigns and supporting RBO`s box office and audience development objectives. This role will also manage the promotion of the Royal Ballet and Opera`s membership schemes, and in-house activities such as Tours.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A developing track record of work in Marketing.
  • Experience of delivering advertising or marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels to promote events, products, or services.
  • Experience of reviewing campaign progress and measures of success.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work towards objectives set and consistently perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
