Our friendly Welcome Host volunteers provide excellent customer service and help ensure that every visitor knows who we are, what we offer, and how to get involved.
As a Welcome Host, you will...
- Welcome and greet visitors
- Share information and answer questions
- Give directions within the building and Covent Garden area
- Accompany tour groups to ensure they stay together during their visit
- Help to manage queues and spaces at busy times
- Assist Front of House staff in keeping everyone safe
Schedule and commitment
This opportunity is for an immediate start from June 2025. Volunteer sessions are available every day from Monday to Sunday. Typical session times: 11:45-15:15; 15:00-18:00; 17:45-19:45.
