The Royal Opera House continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. The work of our Audiences and Media team focuses on growing the love, advocacy and demand for the art presented by the Royal Opera House and seeks to grow our audience-generated revenues.


As we look forward to welcoming back our audiences to our heritage site in Covent Garden, we are also seeking to reach a wider audience across a range of different platforms and media and continue to grow our audience reach and engagement.


We are now looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to develop and deliver campaigns to promote a range of products, across multiple channels. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work as part of a team to agreed objectives and build strong working relationships with all stakeholders internally and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own portfolio of campaigns and develop your career further in marketing communications.


The successful candidate will be an experienced team player, able to demonstrate:

  • A track record of working in Marketing Communications to support innovative or major brands
  • Experience of delivering advertising or marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels to promote events, products or services
  • Ability to analyse and optimise campaigns in order to make them as effective as possible
  • Effective relationship management skills; able to deal effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and manage external suppliers/agencies
  • Experience of working successfully to given priorities and operational targets
  • Ability to work to and support a culture of continuous improvement
