Front of House Ushers


£10.85 per hour

6 month fixed term contracts starting w/c 08 November 2021

Part-time - 12 hours minimum per week (4 x 3 hour shifts)

We are now looking for more people to join our dedicated, friendly and professional team of front-of-house Ushers, working in one of the world`s busiest theatres.


We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:


  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
  • A commitment to providing an inclusive environment to colleagues and visitors
  • Confidence in making sales and accurately reconciling takings and stock
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in using technology such as point-of-sale software, ticket scanners, etc.
  • An eye for detail, excellent time keeping and are well-presented.


You would work four shifts per week on a flexible pattern, with each shift at least three hours. There is the possibility of working additional shifts in busy periods. Each week you must be able to provide at least 4 days availability, including evenings, Saturdays, and some Sundays.

Interviews will take place online in w/c 25 October 2021 and training in w/c 08 November. If you are not available at these times but are keen to apply, please specify this clearly on your application.
