We are on the lookout for Head Waiters to join our restaurants within the Royal Opera House in the iconic Covent Garden.
The Royal Opera House:
Our restaurants are beautiful, busy places, soaked in culture from Opera and Ballet that has been performed here since 1732. You`ll be joining a super big-hearted, very talented team who will be on hand to support you from your first day.
Who we`re looking for:
As Head Waiter you will be expected to have excellent product knowledge with the ability to deliver engaging and individual service to our guests. You will be responsible for running a section and be able to effectively supervise the junior members of the front of house team.
Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency of service and the effective and timely set up of the restaurant for each service. We expect our Head Waiters to effectively support the managers in the restaurant to ensure guests always leave having had an amazing dining experience.
