We are now seeking to recruit a Visitor Experience Scheduling and Payroll Coordinator, to do the shift scheduling and prepare payroll for all Visitor Experience staff, provide an excellent level of friendly and efficient support to Visitor Experience staff and volunteers, and to coordinate other tasks related to Visitor Experience staff scheduling.

What you`ll bring:

This role will suit a candidate who has excellent organisational and communication skills, and an analytical approach to problem solving. You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • A systematic approach to managing tasks and priorities, and the ability to plan ahead and work to strict deadlines while keeping close attention to detail.

  • A confident user of technology, with experience of databases, rostering systems, and advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with and manipulate data.

  • An understanding of how a complex, large scale organisation functions and how to build effective working relationships in this environment.

  • A strong team player, with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work unsupervised.

  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and focus in a busy office environment.

  • Appreciation of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive data and situations.

We value the diversity new hires can bring to our workforce. A working knowledge of our repertoire is not essential, but the ability to learn quickly is. An understanding of, or interest in, the performing arts/theatre sector will be highly regarded.
