The Royal Opera House aims to enrich people`s lives and continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. It seeks to be accessible and engaging, to develop audiences across the UK and to break new ground in the presentation of lyric theatre.

As a charity, we could not maintain our reputation, the range of our work, or our digital presence, without the support of our business partners, sponsors, philanthropists and members. You will identify new business opportunities, developing innovative events packages, which will contribute to the Development and Advocacy targets. Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders and external partners, you will manage a portfolio of events to a high standard, sharing your knowledge and training opportunities with junior members of the team as well as your own direct reports.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with good people skills, who can develop and motivate others - leading by example. You will have high attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure. • Commitment to delivering a first-rate service to clients, philanthropists and potential supporters

  • Strong team player able to work collaboratively across the organisation
