The Royal Opera House continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. The work of our Audiences and Media team focusses on growing the love, advocacy and demand for the art presented by the Royal Opera House, so that we can also grow our audience-generated revenues.

We are now looking for an experienced content Administrator who can work to provide administrative support to the Creative Studios team. Reporting to the Creative Studios Production Manager, you will work on content updates, copy chasing, collation and circulation, processing essential paperwork and supporting meeting and film shoot requirements.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player, able to demonstrate:

-Ability to work across both digital and print publishing processes and ability to work consistently with standard procedures

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent administrative, time-management and organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload

-Highly competent MS Office skills and ability and commitment to learning new software and systems

-Ability to work within brand guidelines and House style

-Commitment to managing own learning and continuous professional development relevant to the role
