EA to Directors of Opera


Permanent Contract

The Royal Opera House produces the best opera and ballet in the world. We are seeking to appoint to the role of EA to the Director of Opera. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Opera and Administrative Director, including extensive and complex diary management; coordinating meetings; handling all administrative matters; and managing correspondence with internal and external contacts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant in a large complex organisation
  • Experience of working at a high level in an administrative capacity within an arts organisation
  • Excellent administrative, planning, time-management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong customer care approach
